Questions Parents Ask Us

If yours is not here, call 888-757-6322 and a person will answer it.

Can we pay monthly instead of all at once?

Yes. Every package can be split into four monthly payments with no premium added for splitting it, so the four payments add up to exactly the single payment price. The first installment is charged at checkout and the remaining three bill monthly and then stop automatically. There is also an option to reserve your spot and arrange payment later if you want to talk to us before paying anything.

Which package is right for my athlete?

It comes down to how much of the recruiting work you want handled for you. JV covers a clean, professionally cut reel. Varsity adds multi camera coverage, higher finish quality and photo assets. Pro adds the outreach layer: a player stats card, college outreach, a custom email built for coaches, a professional resume and social promotion. If your athlete is a junior heading into their heaviest contact window, the outreach pieces earn their keep. If you mainly need film that gets watched, start lower.

What footage do we have to provide?

Whatever you already have, in any format and any length. Hudl exports, team film, tournament video, phone footage shot from the stands, practice clips. Our team reviews all of it and selects the strongest moments, so you do not need to pre-edit anything or decide which plays matter. Phone film from the bleachers is usable far more often than parents expect.

What if we want changes after we see the first version?

Every project includes up to two rounds of revisions at no extra charge. Send one consolidated list per round and we adjust clip selection, order, text and the music we have available. Brand new footage or a different concept counts as new work and gets quoted separately. Full detail is in the revision policy.

Do you work with families outside Tulsa?

Yes. Families around Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Jenks, Bixby, Owasso, Sand Springs, Sapulpa and Claremore often work with us in person, and everything else runs over upload. You send footage through the intake form and get back a shareable link, so location only matters for the packages that include on site camera work.

Is the payment refundable?

No. Because each reel is custom creative work made for one athlete, all sales are final once an order is placed, and fees are non refundable after production starts. That is why the revision rounds exist and why you should look at the finished reels before you commit. Consultations can be cancelled or rescheduled free with at least 24 hours notice. See the refund policy for the full terms.

Is this worth it if my athlete is not a Division I recruit?

Usually more so. Division II, Division III, NAIA and junior college programs hold far more roster spots and far more combined athletic and academic aid than Division I, and those staffs recruit on smaller travel budgets, which means they lean on film harder. Good film widens the set of programs that can evaluate your athlete without getting on a plane. Our parent guide walks through the whole timeline.
