When you request our video editing services, we collect the following information through our questionnaire and booking form:
- Full name (first and last name of the student athlete)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Parent or guardian name, email address, and phone number (required when the athlete is under 18)
- Sport(s) played
- School name (current high school or institution)
- Graduation year (which may be used to infer the approximate age of the student athlete)
- Position(s) played (if provided)
- GPA (if provided)
- Jersey number (if provided)
- Height and weight (if provided)
- Athletic achievements (awards, honors, stats, and other accomplishments you choose to share)
- Social media and recruiting profile links (Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, Hudl, MaxPreps, and other URLs you provide)
- Editing style preferences (your selected preferences for how your highlight reel should be produced)
- Special requests (any additional notes or instructions you provide)
- Consent choices (your confirmation that you are at least 18 or the athlete's parent/legal guardian, your agreement to project-related communications, and whether you opt in to promotional emails and/or text messages; for athletes under 18, the parent/guardian's consent to participate and authorization for us to process the athlete's photos and video)
- Video and media file uploads (game footage, practice clips, photos, and related athletic content)
Referral Form
When you refer another student athlete to our Services, we collect:
- Referrer's name (the person making the referral)
- Referrer's email address
- Referrer's phone number
- Referred athlete's name
- Referred athlete's phone number
If you submit a referral, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the referred individual's consent to share their personal information with us, or that you are the parent or legal guardian of the referred individual.
General Contact Information
When you email us, call us, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your communications.
1.2 Video Content and Media Files
As a core part of our Services, athletes (or their parents/guardians) upload video footage of athletic performances, games, practices, and related activities. This video content may contain:
- Visual depictions of the student athlete and other individuals (teammates, opponents, coaches, spectators)
- Audio recordings (crowd noise, commentary, conversations)
- Location-identifying information (school names, facility signage, uniforms, jerseys with names/numbers)
- Metadata embedded in video files (date, time, device information, GPS coordinates if enabled on the recording device)
1.3 Information Collected Automatically
We keep automatic data collection to a minimum. Our Site does not use Google Analytics or any other third-party web analytics service, advertising or tracking cookies, tracking pixels, web beacons, heatmaps, or session-replay tools.
- Browser local storage: Our Site stores a small amount of data in your own browser for two functional reasons only: to remember that you have dismissed a pop-up, and to save your in-progress application form on your device so you can return and finish it later. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us unless and until you submit the form. You can clear it at any time through your browser's "clear site data" or history settings.
- Standard hosting logs: Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical request data (such as IP address, browser type, and the time of your request) for security, fraud prevention, and reliability. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles or track you across other websites.
1.4 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third-party sources, including:
- Social Media Platforms: If you interact with us on social media (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube), we may receive your public profile information, username, and any content you share with or about us
- Referral Partners: Coaches, organizations, or influencers who refer athletes to our Services may provide us with basic contact information
- Payment Processor (Square): When you pay by card through Square, Square may share transaction confirmation data with us (such as the amount, date, and a truncated card reference). We do not receive or store your full card number.
1.5 Sensitive Information and Biometric Data
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health or medical information, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, or biometric data. However, video footage uploaded by users may incidentally contain visual information from which certain characteristics could be inferred. We do not process video content for the purpose of extracting or profiling such characteristics.
Biometric Data Clarification: Our video editing process may involve identifying and visually tracking a specific athlete within game footage (e.g., using digital spotlights, arrows, or zoom effects). These editorial techniques are performed manually by our editors or through basic video editing tools that do not employ facial recognition technology, gait analysis, voiceprint analysis, or any other biometric identification system as defined under applicable biometric privacy laws (including the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act, Texas Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act, and similar state laws). We do not scan, extract, store, or create biometric identifiers or biometric information from your uploaded video content. Athlete identification is based on jersey number, position on the field/court, and visual context, not biometric scanning.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
2.1 Service Delivery
- To process your booking request and communicate with you about your highlight reel project

2.7 Editing Software and AI-Assisted Tools
AI Transparency Notice: We produce your highlight reel using professional video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, and Topaz AI, along with licensed stock assets and motion-graphics templates from Envato Elements. Some of these tools include AI-assisted features that we may use to help with production tasks, such as:
- Video upscaling and resolution enhancement (for example, with Topaz AI)
- Audio noise reduction, enhancement, and mastering
- Color correction and grading
- Auto-clipping and scene detection
- Motion tracking for visual effects
These tools are used solely to produce your highlight reel and related deliverables, and are run primarily on our own equipment. We want to be explicitly clear about the following:
- No AI Training on Your Data: Your uploaded footage, images, audio, and personal information are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI or machine learning model, whether ours or a third party's.
- No Generative AI Likenesses: We do not use AI to generate synthetic likenesses, deepfakes, or AI-generated representations of any athlete. Every highlight reel is built from authentic footage you provide.
- Human-Led Editing: AI features are only an assistive part of the process. A human editor makes the creative decisions and reviews every reel before delivery.
- Minor-Specific Protections: When we process footage of athletes under 18, we do not perform any biometric analysis, facial profiling, or behavioral modeling.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
3.1 Service Providers
We engage a small number of trusted third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf. The providers we currently use are:
- Dropbox and Google Drive: To receive the raw footage and photos you send us, to store project files, and to deliver your finished highlight reel back to you.
- Website Hosting (Netlify): To host and serve our website.
- Email (Google Workspace / Gmail): To send and receive project-related and account-related email.
- Payment (Square): To process card payments and issue invoices. Square handles your card details directly; we do not receive or store your full card number.
These providers are permitted to use your personal information only to provide their service to us, and are subject to their own privacy and security commitments. We do not use third-party web analytics services or a customer-relationship-management (CRM) platform.
3.2 College Coaches and Athletic Programs
If you purchase a coach outreach package, we may share your highlight reel, name, sport, school, graduation year, and other athletic information you have provided with college coaches and athletic programs at your direction. This sharing is performed solely at your request and in furtherance of your recruitment goals.
3.3 With Your Consent
We may share your information with third parties when you have given us your explicit consent to do so, such as when you authorize us to feature your highlight reel on our social media channels or website.
3.4 Legal Obligations and Protection
We may disclose your information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to:
- Comply with a legal obligation, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other governmental request
- Protect and defend the rights or property of Coachable
- Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Services
- Protect the personal safety of users of the Services or the public
- Protect against legal liability
3.5 Business Transfers
In the event that Coachable is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, dissolution, sale of assets, or similar transaction, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our Site of any change in ownership or use of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.
3.6 No Sale of Data
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to provide our Services, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods include:
- Raw Video Footage and Photos: The raw footage and photos you send us are kept for the duration of your project and for approximately ninety (90) days after we deliver your finished reel (so we can handle revisions and re-shares), after which they are removed from our Dropbox and Google Drive. You may ask us to delete them sooner.
- Finished Highlight Reels: We keep your completed reel for a limited period after delivery for revisions and re-delivery, and, only with your permission, for portfolio and promotional use. You may ask us to remove it at any time.
- Account, Contact, and Order Records: We retain your name, contact details, and basic order records for the duration of our business relationship and afterward only as long as needed for our legitimate business purposes and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
- Referral Information: Referral data is retained for up to one (1) year from the date of submission, or until the referred individual becomes a customer, whichever occurs first.
- Communication Preferences: If you opt out of promotional emails or texts, we keep a record of that choice so we can honor it.
When personal information is no longer needed for any of the above purposes, we will securely delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us (see Section 14).
5. Data Security
We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement a combination of administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include, but are not limited to:
- Encryption: Data transmitted between your browser and our Site is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption protocols.
- Secure Storage: Video files and photos are stored in access-controlled cloud storage provided by reputable services (Dropbox and Google Drive), and shared only through access-controlled links.
- Access Controls: Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel who require such access to perform their job functions, and all such personnel are subject to confidentiality obligations.
- Regular Security Assessments: We periodically review and update our security practices to address new threats and vulnerabilities.
- Secure File Transfer: Video uploads and deliveries are facilitated through secure, access-controlled transfer methods.
- Incident Response: We maintain an incident response plan to promptly address any suspected or actual data breach.
Important: While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords or access credentials associated with your use of our Services and for promptly notifying us of any suspected unauthorized access.
6. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Critical Notice: Coachable's Services are designed for student athletes, including high school students who may be under the age of 18 but typically 13 years of age or older. We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and all applicable state and federal laws regarding the privacy of minors.
6.1 Users Under 13 Years of Age
Our Services are not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly solicit data from, or market to, children under 13.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at info@iamcoachable.com or call 888-757-6322.
6.2 Users Between 13 and 17 Years of Age
Many of our users are student athletes between the ages of 13 and 17. We recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of these minors and have implemented the following safeguards:
- Parental/Guardian Involvement: We strongly encourage all users under 18 to involve a parent or legal guardian in the booking process. For users under 16, we require verifiable parental or guardian consent before processing their personal information or video content.
- Limited Data Collection: We collect only the minimum amount of personal information necessary to deliver our Services (name, contact information, school, sport, graduation year).
- No Behavioral Advertising to Minors: We do not use personal information collected from users we know to be under 18 for targeted behavioral advertising purposes.
- No Sale of Minors' Data: We never sell the personal information of users under 18 to any third party for any purpose.
- Controlled Sharing: We do not share the personal information of minors with third parties except as strictly necessary to deliver the Services they (or their parent/guardian) have requested, or as required by law.
- Video Content Protections: Video content uploaded by or on behalf of minors is treated with heightened security measures. We will not publicly share or use a minor's highlight reel for marketing purposes without express written consent from the athlete's parent or legal guardian.
6.3 Parental Rights
Parents and legal guardians of minors under 18 have the following rights regarding their child's personal information:
- Right to Review: You may request to review all personal information we have collected about your child.
- Right to Deletion: You may request that we delete all personal information and video content associated with your child.
- Right to Refuse Further Collection: You may instruct us to stop collecting any additional personal information from your child and to cease using any information we have already collected.
- Right to Consent: You have the right to provide or withdraw consent for the collection, use, and disclosure of your child's personal information at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@iamcoachable.com or call 888-757-6322. We will verify your identity as the child's parent or legal guardian before processing your request.
6.4 Oklahoma Student Privacy
As a business based in Oklahoma, we are mindful of Oklahoma state laws regarding student privacy and data protection. While our Services are consumer-facing and we receive information directly from student athletes and their families (rather than from educational institutions), we are committed to handling student data responsibly. We do not use student data for any purpose other than providing the Services requested by the student or their parent/guardian, and we do not create profiles of students for purposes unrelated to our Services.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your state of residence and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. We are committed to honoring your privacy rights regardless of where you reside, to the extent reasonably practicable.
7.1 General Rights
Subject to applicable law and certain exceptions, you may have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: Request that we correct or update inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions (e.g., information necessary for legal compliance, completing a transaction, or exercising free speech).
- Portability: Request a copy of your personal information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
- Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell your personal information. If this practice ever changes, you will have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information.
- Non-Discrimination: You will not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service for exercising your rights.
7.2 How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of these rights, you may contact us using one of the following methods:
- Email: info@iamcoachable.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request"
- Phone: 888-757-6322
We will verify your identity before processing any request. If you are submitting a request on behalf of a minor, we will verify your identity as their parent or legal guardian. We aim to respond to all verifiable requests within forty-five (45) days. If we need additional time, we will inform you of the reason and the expected timeframe (up to an additional forty-five days).
7.3 Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. If you use an authorized agent, we may require (a) proof of your written, signed authorization for the agent to act on your behalf, and (b) verification of your own identity directly with us.
7.4 Appeals
If we deny your privacy request, you may appeal the decision by contacting us at info@iamcoachable.com with the subject line "Privacy Request Appeal." We will respond to your appeal within the timeframe required by applicable law.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
In short: We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, Google Analytics, tracking pixels, web beacons, heatmaps, or session-replay tools on our Site. We do not track your activity across other websites.
8.1 Browser Local Storage
Instead of cookies, our Site uses your browser's local storage for two functional purposes only:
- Remembering a dismissed pop-up: so we do not show you the same pop-up repeatedly.
- Saving your in-progress application: so that if you start our questionnaire and leave, you can return on the same device and browser and pick up where you left off.
This information is stored on your own device and stays there. It is not sent to us until you choose to submit the form. Because it is tied to a specific device and browser, it does not follow you to another device and is not used to identify or track you.
8.2 Managing This Data
You can view and clear this local storage at any time using your browser's settings (for example, "Clear browsing data," "Clear site data," or your history/privacy settings). Clearing it will simply reset the pop-up and remove any saved in-progress application on that device.
8.3 No Third-Party Analytics or Advertising
We do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party web analytics service, and we do not run advertising or retargeting trackers. Any performance or reliability data comes from our hosting provider's standard server logs, as described in Section 1.3, and is not used to build a profile of you.
9. Third-Party Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services that are not owned or controlled by Coachable. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube)
- Payment processing services
- File sharing and video transfer platforms
- College athletic program websites
- Third-party review and testimonial platforms
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites or services. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of every website you visit before providing any personal information. Clicking on a third-party link or navigating away from our Site is at your own risk.
10. Video Content and Intellectual Property
10.1 Ownership of Uploaded Content
You retain full ownership of the raw video footage and media files you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant Coachable a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, store, copy, modify, edit, and process the video content solely for the purpose of providing our Services (i.e., creating your highlight reel and related deliverables). This license terminates upon completion and delivery of your project and the expiration of any applicable retention period described in Section 4.
10.2 Coachable's Creative Work
The edited highlight reel videos, social media cuts, and other creative deliverables produced by Coachable constitute original creative works. Upon full payment for Services, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the completed deliverables for your personal, non-commercial recruitment purposes.
Coachable retains the right to use completed highlight reels for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes (on our website, social media channels, and marketing materials) unless you explicitly opt out. For users under 18, we require written consent from a parent or legal guardian before using their highlight reel for any marketing or portfolio purpose.
10.3 Third-Party Content in Videos
Uploaded video footage may contain images or likenesses of third parties (e.g., teammates, opponents, coaches, spectators). By uploading this content, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or legal basis to share this footage with us for editing purposes. Coachable is not responsible for obtaining third-party releases or permissions for individuals appearing in your uploaded footage.
10.4 Music and Audio
Coachable may incorporate licensed music, sound effects, or audio tracks into your highlight reel. All music used in our edits is properly licensed for use in personal highlight reel videos. The license for such music is subject to the terms of our music licensing agreements and may have restrictions on certain types of distribution or commercial use.
10.5 DMCA and Copyright Complaints
If you believe that any content on our Site or in our Services infringes upon your copyright, please contact us at info@iamcoachable.com with the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
- A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on our Site
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address

- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your complaint is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
- Your electronic or physical signature
11. Marketing Communications
11.1 Types of Marketing Communications
With your consent (where required by law), we may send you marketing communications via email, SMS/text message, or other channels about:
- New services, packages, and pricing updates
- Special promotions, discounts, and seasonal offers
- Tips and resources for the college recruitment process
- Testimonials, success stories, and case studies (with permission)
- Company news and updates

You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by:
- Clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email
- Replying "STOP" to any marketing text message
- Contacting us at info@iamcoachable.com or calling 888-757-6322
Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you transactional or service-related messages (e.g., booking confirmations, project updates, delivery notifications) that are necessary to provide our Services.
11.3 Marketing to Minors
We do not send direct marketing communications to users we know to be under the age of 16 without the consent of their parent or legal guardian. For users between 16 and 17, we limit marketing to service-related information and recruitment resources.
12. International Data Transfers
Coachable is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States. If you access our Site or Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our servers and central databases are located.
The data protection and privacy laws of the United States may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using our Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and acknowledge that your information will be subject to U.S. laws.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other jurisdiction with data transfer restrictions, we will take appropriate steps to ensure that your personal information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. These steps may include implementing Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission or relying on other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
We do not specifically target individuals in the European Union or other international jurisdictions. However, if you are subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar international privacy laws, you may have additional rights regarding your personal data. Please contact us at info@iamcoachable.com for more information about how we handle international data requests.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will:
- Update the "Effective Date" and "Last Updated" dates at the top of this Privacy Policy

Your continued use of our Site or Services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes, unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you do not agree to the revised Privacy Policy, you should discontinue your use of our Services.
For material changes that affect how we process the personal information of minors, we will seek renewed consent from parents or legal guardians as required by COPPA and other applicable laws.

- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You have the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, if we collect any, to the uses necessary to provide the Services.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
15.6 Exercising Your CCPA Rights
You may submit a verifiable consumer request by:
- Emailing us at info@iamcoachable.com with the subject line "CCPA Request"
- Calling us at 888-757-6322
You may submit a request to know or a request to delete up to two (2) times within a twelve (12) month period. The verifiable consumer request must provide sufficient information for us to verify your identity or your authority to make the request, and must describe your request with sufficient detail for us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond.
15.7 California "Shine the Light" Law
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents may request information regarding the disclosure of their personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. As stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not disclose your personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. If you have questions about this practice, please contact us at info@iamcoachable.com.
15.8 Minors Under 16 in California
We do not sell the personal information of consumers we know to be under the age of 16. If we have actual knowledge that a consumer is between 13 and 16 years of age, we will not sell or share their personal information unless we have received affirmative authorization (opt-in consent) from the minor or, if under 13, from the minor's parent or guardian.
16. Do Not Track Signals
"Do Not Track" (DNT) is a privacy preference that users can set in their web browsers. When a user turns on DNT, the browser sends a signal to websites requesting that the user's browsing activity not be tracked.
Our Site does not track you across websites and does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics, so there is effectively nothing for a DNT signal to limit. Regardless of whether your browser sends a DNT signal, we do not build advertising profiles or share your activity with cross-site advertising networks.
If a uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals is adopted in the future, and if our practices ever change to involve any form of tracking, we will revisit this section and update our practices accordingly.
California and other state laws may require us to disclose how we respond to DNT signals. This section serves as that disclosure.
17. SMS/Text Message Policy
17.1 Consent and TCPA Compliance
We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state telemarketing laws. We distinguish between two categories of text message consent:
Transactional Messages
By providing your mobile phone number through our booking form, referral form, or other communications in connection with a service request, you consent to receive transactional SMS/text messages from Coachable. Transactional messages include booking confirmations, project updates, delivery notifications, and customer service responses. These messages are sent solely in connection with the Services you have requested and are not marketing communications. Your consent to receive transactional messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Promotional Messages
We will never send you promotional or marketing text messages unless you have provided express written consent through a clear, affirmative opt-in mechanism (such as an unchecked checkbox or a separate opt-in form). Promotional consent is entirely optional and is not required to use our Services or complete a purchase. You may withdraw your promotional text consent at any time without affecting your ability to receive transactional messages or use our Services.
17.2 Types of Messages
We may send you the following types of text messages:
- Transactional Messages: Booking confirmations, project updates, delivery notifications, appointment reminders
- Customer Service Messages: Responses to your inquiries, follow-up communications
- Promotional Messages: Special offers, discounts, and new service announcements (only if you have opted in to receive promotional texts)
17.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the nature of your interaction with us. Transactional messages are sent as needed based on your project status. Promotional messages, if opted in, are typically limited to no more than four (4) messages per month.
17.4 Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us
- Contacting us at info@iamcoachable.com or calling 888-757-6322
After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your unsubscription. You will not receive any further text messages from us unless you re-subscribe. Please note that opting out of text messages will not affect your receipt of email communications.
17.5 Costs
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Coachable is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile carrier for sending or receiving text messages.
17.6 How Texts Are Sent
Text messages are sent directly by a member of our team, not through an automated mass-texting or marketing platform. We do not use a third-party SMS service to send your number promotional blasts. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
17.7 Privacy of Phone Numbers
We will not share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are used solely for the purposes described in this section and are subject to the same data protection practices described throughout this Privacy Policy.

19.5 Privacy Considerations for UGC
Please be aware that any personal information included in UGC that you submit or post publicly may be viewable by others.
